Refund Policy

1. Payment Timing
Payments are processed after the customer approves the completed work. Once approved, payment is processed immediately through Stripe.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered if the completed work does not match the accepted quotation and the dispute is resolved in favor of the customer. All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of work completion.
3. Refund Process
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds will be processed through Stripe within 5-10 business days. The 5% service fee is non-refundable.
4. Cancellation Policy
Jobs may be cancelled before work begins. Once work has started, cancellation terms are subject to agreement between the customer and supplier.
