1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Myoko Josetsu, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
Myoko Josetsu is a marketplace platform connecting residents and businesses with snow clearing service providers. We facilitate transactions but are not a party to the service agreements between customers and suppliers.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate information, ensuring they have the legal right to work in Japan (for suppliers), and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Customers will be charged after approving completed work. A 5% service fee applies to all completed transactions.
5. Dispute Resolution
In the event of disputes regarding work completion, the platform will review the case and make a determination based on the original quotation and work requirements.
6. Limitation of Liability
Myoko Josetsu acts as an intermediary platform. We are not responsible for the quality of work performed by suppliers or any damages resulting from services provided.
